What are Computergate’s Global OEM Services?
Computergate provides OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) with the ability to provide localised in-country limited warranty & extended warranty services required to enable the repair of their end client’s device that fail during the nominated warranty period. Computergate can act directly with or on the behalf of the OEM pending the extent of the OEM to offer these services.
Computergate offers a range of ‘Replacement’ services to allow an OEM and its channel partners to meet its obligations under warranty and extend to the end user further services to enable increased value during the sales cycle.
Valid replacement parts provided by the OEM are held at nominated stocking Computergate locations. Upon consumption, replaced parts are then RMA’ed back to the OEM for replenishment.
Extended Warranty & Out of Warranty support is available pending the availability of parts after the product is End of Life (EOL).
