Computergate Announces Authorised Service Partner Agreement with Intel to Deliver Extended Warranty On-Site Support
Computergate is proud to announce that it has been authorised by Intel to offer Enhanced Warranty Service Programs on it’s Server & NUC range of products. Over the past months, Intel have been working with Computergate, to train technical staff and allocate spare parts in stocking locations across Australia to enable On-Site support beyond its Advance Exchange service.
As a recognised service organisation by many other vendors, Computergate has support capabilities throughout Australia, New Zealand & Asia, have been authorised by Intel to provide on-site extended warranty services on it’s Enterprise Server and NUC devices. Computergate will be offering service agreements through authorised Distributors, Synnex, Ingram Micro & Dicker Data for Intel server systems across the ANZ market or direct from Computergate on 1300 137585.
The on-site extended warranty will cover not only the Intel components within the system, but any validated 3rd party accessory such as mechanical hard drives and system memory. This now means that Intel Technology Partners can offer Intel server systems & components, and have the peace of mind to know that it is backed with a full telephone and onsite support service.
Service contracts are based on value of equipment purchased along with one of the following service levels:
3 and 5 year warranty period
Next Business Day onsite support
4 hour, 9am-5pm onsite support
4 hour, 24 x 7 onsite support
In addition, Intel Authorised Distributors have also started to range a variety of prebuilt Intel server systems. These systems come preinstalled with processors, system memory and in some instances SSD storage meaning you have a system that is virtually ready to deploy. There are significant savings with Intel prebuilt server systems making Intel more competitive in the market.
